Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, postgraduate in Petroleum Engineering and O&G Energy, with more than 26 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation in 2000. Ribeiro has worked in various positions in Brazil and abroad, including Operations Director, Operations Manager, Rig Manager and Site Manager. He also works as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABESPetro.
Graduated in Administration and Master in Accounting with more than 15 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation as CFO in 2023. Worked in several financial leadership positions at GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes, in Brazil, the United States and England, with his last position as Global CFO of the Subsea Production Systems division.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with an MBA in Finance and more than 15 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation in 2010 in the FP&A area and, throughout her trajectory, held several leadership positions within the company’s financial area.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation in 2010 and, since then, has held leadership positions, including Vice-Administrative Director, being responsible for HR, Administration, IT and Communication. Since 2020, she has been working as Director of People and IT.
Prior to Constellation, she performed Human Resources roles at Halliburton, with responsibilities in International HR, HR Systems and Remuneration.
Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Oil and Gas and more than 11 years in different areas within Constellation.
Joined the company as an Operations Engineer in 2009. Subsequently, as Rig Manager, worked in Amazonas, Mato Grosso and Paraguay. Worked as Advisor to the Operations Director before joining the Commercial Department in 2018 as Commercial Manager.

Joined Constellation in 2012. Worked in several leadership positions, such as Offshore Installation Manager, Corporate QHSE Manager, Base and Operations Manager, and Operations Superintendent.
Lawyer with more than 14 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation in 2012. Previously, he worked as Compliance Director from 2017 to 2020. Prior to joining Constellation, he worked at renowned law firms in Brazil, representing clients in complex commercial negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 23 years of experience in the industry.
Joined Constellation in 2022 as Asset Integrity Manager, having previously worked in operations management positions for ten years and technical and project management for seven years.
